Abstract Today, Creativity still remains poorly visible in our country and for economists, where creativity plays an important role in the development of regional strategies in recent years, showing evidence of data. This article aims to show the dynamic value from the economic theory of the creative classes of Florida (2002), manifesting itself through a bibliometric review and four models that show the relationship between the creative industries and the economy as a whole and discovering a methodological basis for this finding where models 3 and 4 are the most appropriate for a creative and cultural economic policy
