The National Health Plan is focused on the elimination of social exclusion in health, through the implementation of the Family, Community and Intercultural Health Model that assumes the principles of integrality, intersectorality, interculturality and social participation in all its management levels and health care. The objective of this research is to evaluate the applicability degree of the Family, Community Intercultural Health Model in the Chuquisaca SEDES during the period 2015-2017, with the purpose of contributing to full applicability in the national territory in accordance with the current legal framework. The methodology applied in this research concerns two types of study; descriptive observational cross-sectional design and correlational study. The sample has been obtained probabilistically, made up of 210 Operational-level Officials, 120 Managerial level officials and 105 users of health facilities. The sampling has been multistage applied in the 7 Health Networks. The Evaluation Guides designed for this purpose, as well as the correlational study, have enabled to evaluate the trend and application degree of the Model principles in health services. The data tabulation and analysis showed significant differences. The p-value of the interculturality principle was (0.571); significance level alpha = 0.05, thus it did not present statistical evidence as well as the p-value of the intersectorality principle (0.796). These data made possible to identify the need of establishing implementation Health Policies of the Model in tertiary care health services.
