The present article "Adecolonization and educational inclusion point of view" startswith an authentic propositional and clear principie of expression. The main purpose is to analyze, describe, characterize and conclude hypothetical theories regarding educational inclusion. Besides analyzing and suggesting clearly authentic inclusive education for Bolivia and Latin America, it describes the elements and fundamental components of the type of inclusive education as a real proposal. It is not simply speculative but it constitutes a theoretical-practical proposal for an innovative change in all areas of the formal and non-formal educational system in our country or other countries with similar characteristics of ethnicity, culture, economy and social development.
